1. **Made-to-Order Items**

All products sold on our website are handmade and made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after you place your order. As each product is unique and customized, we take great care throughout the creation process to ensure your satisfaction. This includes reaching out to you with design questions, ensuring we align with your vision, and providing updates as your item progresses.

2. **Order Confirmation and Communication**

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Throughout the production process, we will keep you updated on your order’s status. If we have any questions or need additional input regarding the design or specifications of your item, we will contact you promptly. Communication is key to making sure you are happy with the final result!

3. **Returns, Cancellations, and Modifications**

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns, cancellations, or modifications once the production process has begun. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

We understand that things may change, so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, once we have started creating your item, we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

4. **Quality and Satisfaction**

We strive to ensure that every piece we create meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Throughout the process, we make every effort to meet your expectations. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. While we cannot offer returns, we will work with you to resolve any issues, including offering a repair or a modification where possible, depending on the situation.

5. **Shipping and Delivery**

Each item is made to order and will be shipped once completed. We provide an estimated production and shipping timeline at the time of purchase, but please note that as each piece is handmade, delivery times may vary. You will be notified when your item has shipped, along with tracking details where available.

**Shipping Address:** Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. **Pricing and Payment**

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout for all items not requiring a deposit. For those orders requiring a deposit an additional shipping fee may be required before final purchase.
